Lakehouse is a new open system design that combines the best of both worlds - data lakes and datawarehouses. In this session we will cover the basic concepts and what is different in this new paradigm, what are the services in Azure to support it and how to transition existing datalake structures to this new concept. We'll also cover what are that challenges in an enterprise for adopting this new pattern - pros and cons of using Databricks vs Synapse, what can you support by using just Azure Data Factory and what are the limitations when it comes to security, high-availability and disaster recovery
