Creating Room for All Voices

Work is a better place for everyone when all voices are brought to the table and heard. It's important to create a space that not only feels safe for individuals to explore their ideas, but creating ways to amplify voices that are hesitant to speak. During this session Lauren will share her own experience joining the Power BI CAT team and how being taken seriously as a college-hire female graduate made all the difference. You will walk away with concrete examples of what you can do to create a more inclusive, welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.
